Doc1 Foundation serves veterans of all ages, with a focus on addressing homelessness and other reintegration challenges. Our current efforts are concentrated in Southern California, where we help veterans secure safe and stable housing, access resources, and reconnect with their communities.

Doc1 Foundation stands out for its targeted, impactful approach to veteran reintegration. We recognize that housing is not just a necessity but a critical foundation for veterans to successfully transition back into civilian life. By addressing housing insecurity, we provide veterans with a stable base from which they can focus on their personal growth, well-being, and reengagement with their communities.

Our programs emphasize sustainable reintegration by addressing gaps in resources and providing direct assistance tailored to individual needs.

Doc1 Foundation was co-founded by Dr. Stephen McColgan and Lea Ramirez in December 2024. Their shared vision was to honor the sacrifices of veterans by providing meaningful resources to help them transition to civilian life.
