For more than two decades, Karina Fedasz has helped companies raise capital, model and forecast business, manage cash flow, and conduct M&A. She is a dynamic, data-driven executive with a bold, high-growth mindset.
Her recent experiences include managing the IPO of a micro-cap media company working with bankers, auditors, and legal counsel to file the S-1 and conduct roadshows during COVID, executing an M&A roll-up strategy at an $800M division of a publicly traded company, and driving growth as a CFO of a venture-backed company. As CFO at various companies, she has overseen human resources and information technology, as well as corporate development.
Karina has spearheaded reorganizations to achieve financial and cross-functional results for a 250-person company readying itself to be acquired by private equity. She prides herself on partnering with CEOs, management teams, and board members, and maintaining fruitful relationships with institutional investors and industry leaders.
Karina’s breadth of experience has seen her lead teams in media, technology, services, manufacturing, and education, and she has worked with companies whose clients and customers include Fortune 500 companies such as Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Apple, Activision, and EA.
Karina received an MBA with an emphasis in finance from Columbia Business School and a BA from University California at Los Angeles (UCLA). She holds an inactive CPA in the state of California.
