Ladon Gilbert

Ladon Gilbert is a United States Marine Corps veteran, where he served throughout his enlistment in the amphibious reconnaissance community. Upon completing his active duty, he transitioned into a career in metal fabrication and construction. Throughout his career, Ladon has gained extensive experience across multiple industries, including Aerospace (both government and civilian sectors), Oil and Petrochemical (covering upstream, downstream, offshore, and refining operations), Power Generation (encompassing both fossil fuel and renewable energy), and Structural Steel (spanning fabrication and erection). He currently holds the position of Director of Quality at BRAGG Companies in Long Beach, California. Ladon’s Commitment to the Doc1 Foundation: “I am deeply honored to have been invited to be a part of Doc1 Foundation. As is the case for many veterans, I have witnessed friends who lost hope after their military service ended, struggling to find the support they so desperately needed. Too many have turned to alcohol, drugs, or, tragically, taken their own lives. I am proud to join the Doc1 Foundation because I firmly believe that we owe it to our veterans to provide the care and support they deserve. Our mission is to save as many lives as possible, and that is exactly what the Doc1 Foundation is dedicated to achieving.”
