As the Chief Operations Officer for the Doc1 Foundation, R.J. is deeply committed to the mission of raising awareness and funding for homeless veterans. With a proven track record of success in strategic planning and team leadership, R.J. is dedicated to creating lasting change and improving the lives of those who have so selfishly served our country.
In the role at the Doc1 Foundation, R.J. has played a pivotal role in launching the foundation’s website and overseeing its operations and the establishment of clear fundraising goals. This position highlights his ability to build an infrastructure from the ground up, as well as his commitment to helping the homeless veterans.
Previous leadership roles include serving as Vice President of Player Development at casinos and resorts in both Las Vegas, Nevada and San Diego, California, where he drove significant revenue growth and implemented successful customer retention programs. His experience in relationship marketing and business development has equipped him with the skills to build and sustain relationships that drive success, making him an invaluable asset to any organization he is with.
